A/C Lounge and Decos

It seems like I've been going out to the nightclubs pretty often recently. These are from two separate Saturday nights of going out with Jukebox and the gang, one spent at A/C Lounge and the other at Decos. A/C is always a good change of pace from the Downtown club scene. It seems slightly less pretentious, partly because of its Normal Heights location, but mostly because its just a mellow place to hang out, have a drink, and listen to the best club DJ in San Diego.

Decos is a Miami themed club in downtown.

Jukebox can get pretty goofy after throwing back a couple.



Hands down, the best club DJ in San Diego. I met Mike Czech (get it?) when he used to play at Club Dynamite on Thursdays with DJ Mxylplyx. Do yourself a favor and go to the club next time he's on the table.



The sunken lounge area is a good place to regroup.



This is what you see on the wall above our heads in the previous shot. In addition to the Bond posters, they have a movie projector playing (usually) Bond films on an adjacent wall.
